ERSEA(Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, and Attendance)
The Early and Head Start Program services families who are income eligible by definition of the Federal poverty guideline. We request documentation of your family household income and verification of the Birth/ Age of your child in order to qualify for the program. This area provides support to families in developing goals, providing training's/ workshops and other services. The Family Advocate is located at each center to work with families. All families needs will be assessed and a partnership is develop to help families. At New St. Paul we provide both Early and Head Start Services for families. In order to expedite the enrollment process we want you to complete the online application. Head Start is a federal funded program and is based on household’s size and income. To see if you qualify you must provide the income for prior 12 months and the child’s birth certification. We accept application all year long.
